Where do you ship from?

  • Europe: 5–12 business days
  • International: 7–15 business days

Can I track my order?

Yes — once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email so you can monitor its journey every step of the way.

Will my items arrive together?

In some cases, items may be shipped from different fulfilment centres to ensure faster delivery. If this happens, you may receive your order in separate packages.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of being placed. After this time, your

order may already be in processing.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy for peace of mind.

To be eligible:

  • You must contact our support team before returning any item

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
