Refund Policy
At Bellure, we want you to feel confident with every purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Returns:
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition that you received it
- Unworn or unused
- With tags attached
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you:
- A return shipping label
- Instructions on how and where to send your package
Please note: Items sent back without requesting a return first will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues:
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if:
- The item is defective
- The item is damaged
- You received the wrong item
This allows us to evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items:
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:
- Sale items
- Gift cards
Exchanges:
The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to:
- Return the original item
- Once the return is accepted, place a new order separately
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period:
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
To qualify, the item must still be:
- Unworn or unused
- With tags attached
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Refunds:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
